How it measures
The S1 uses a multi-LED optical sensor on the wrist or arm (with the optional armband). It adapts its measurement rate automatically at rest, during training and during sleep. It stores 14 days of data and syncs over Bluetooth Low Energy with the F24H app.
Use
The S1 is a wellness and sports tool, not a medical device. It is not used to diagnose or treat any condition. If in doubt about your health, consult a professional.
